OUR STORY
At the height of the pandemic when uncertainty and fragility loomed around us many of us reflected on what we’re spending our valuable lives doing and what legacies we would leave behind. This resulted in a boom of resignations and the blossoming of businesses and passion projects. Just Picnics is a product of that boom and in 2022 came to be. Justina, Just Picnics’ founder, hosted a tea party picnic for her friends adhering to the outdoor gathering guidelines and after sharing the photos online, the inquiries came in. Although she was hesitant to turn her creative outlet into a business, she has always had the passion to serve, and the thought of creating meaningful experiences for others was convincing enough.
Just Picnics is made up of a team of individuals who are dedicated artisans of unforgettable moments. Collectively as a society, post-covid we have discovered the importance of connection and community. Just Picnics specializes in curating exceptional events tailored to your preferences, vision, and purpose to create meaningful moments. FOUNDER
Justina has always had the mission to serve others. In her non-event planning professional life she has completed her education at the University of Pennsylvania focusing on gaining the expertise to create and increase access to opportunities for marginalized communities. However, post-covid she has dedicated her out of 9-5 work time to creating spaces and moments for others to gather in community, celebrate themselves and others, and to create meaningful connections.

PICNIC ASSISTANT AND FLORIST
Ashley has been on the team since the early days of inception. Her attention to detail and bouquet making skills has made her a major asset to the team. When she is not putting together amazing moments for clients, she is working with youth with special needs, spending time with her daughter, and running her own candle and organic cosmetic and beauty product business - Alletare Cosmetics.

Tatyanna joined the Just Picnics team in 2024. She was a large supporter of the business before she came on board to expand the capacity of the business. In her limited free time she is super Mom to two boys and is in Cosmetology school specializing in natural hair.
